Return & Cancel
１．In the case of defective products
We will respond by returning or exchanging for the same product. Please contact us at contact@tefutefulab.com within 7 days after your delivery date, stating your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason.
We can not accept returns of products that have a feeling of use, or products that have lost, damaged or soiled accessories. If you do not meet the requirements, we may refuse your return.
2．In the case of not defective products
We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers' personal preferences.
